We’re always on the look out for enthusiastic, results-focused people who join our successful Help Desk team.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Services, the Help Desk Assistant is responsible for providing quality first-line Help Desk support to all clients, handling incoming client requests, logging/recording all contact information and where possible provide resolution. Where necessary, escalating any calls that cannot be resolved immediately; owning the progress of the call through to successful conclusion.
