We’re always on the look out for enthusiastic, results-focused people to join our successful Telephone Account Management team.Reporting into the Head of Customer Services, this team provides a pro-active office-based account management service to our clients and business partners.
Key focus includes providing support to the sales teams, to develop client relationships, deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. In addition, having responsibility for achieving profitable sales through existing clients and by identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities.
